Flomina Children's Home

Located in Kayole, Embakasi East, Flomina rescue centre is home to 78, children and young adults. Characterized by their bubbly energy, they have together  built a safe space for each other to grow wholesomely and with a possible outlook towards life. We had the privilege to visit them in September 2023 and it was nothing but wholesome! We were blessed enough to carry with us a few essentials, offer our mentorship sessions, conduct group therapy with help from psychologists, indulge in our usual fun and games and even take on our 2024  annual project that involves expanding the home to accommodate up to 150 children , a project dubbed, Sheltering Smiles.
