Legal Registration & Status
Bringing Smiles Foundation is a fully compliant entity operating under the laws of Kenya. Originally established and operational as a Community Based Organization, we elevated our legal status in 2025 to a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the Non-Governmental Organisations Co-ordination Board.
This transition to a Public Benefit Organization (PBO), Registration Number NGO-QDUDEJA, reflects our expanded capacity, national reach, and commitment to the highest standards of governance.
